Indiana Capital Chronicle asks, "...at what expense?"

Brian Daggy at the Indiana Capital Chronicle has written that the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) has been given another $101 million of our tax dollars "...for a water pipeline, land and infrastructure for the (LEAP) project." He states, "Recklessly throwing more taxpayer dollars at this underperforming project is not a solution. Hoosiers deserve more forethought and answers.."

We have to wonder, what do the people living in Westfield and Whitestown think of this plan?
